Because every product is handmade, there may be little differences in texture, size, and colour. These are indicators of originality and handcrafted craftsmanship rather than flaws.

Content Use

Hayat Raga owns all of the information, product photos, graphics, and visuals on our website. It is completely forbidden to reproduce or use for commercial purposes without permission.

Descriptions of Products

We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions. There can be inherent variations from the display photos because every piece is handmade. Please refer to our return policy if you’re not happy.

Pricing

INR (₹) is used to list prices. Every payment is handled safely. In the unlikely event that there are pricing problems or stock shortages, you will be notified right away and given a complete refund.

Shipping

Right now, we ship all around India. Typically, orders are completed in two to three business days. Delivery times (about 5–7 days) vary by location. Once sent, a tracking link will be sent to you.

Exchange & Return

If the product is not according to the description mentioned. Returns must be started within seven days after delivery

The product needs to be in its original condition, unwashed, and unused.

Unless the goods are defective, the client is responsible for paying for return shipping.

Refunds can be applied to the original payment method.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Behaviour of Users

Through our services, users are not permitted to submit or upload any offensive, illegal, or deceptive content. In these situations, Hayat Raga maintains the right to remove offensive material or refuse service.

Property Rights

Hayat Raga is the owner of all product names, brand components, designs, and content. Illegal use could result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Liability

Any loss or damage brought on by poor treatment, misuse, or carelessness with our items is not our responsibility.

Grievances

Important : Grievance cell must be approached post contacting the “Customer Support” of Hayat Raga where desired resolutions were not served.

Any direct communication to Grievance cell will be redirected to “Customer support” for further assistance
