✅ Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

The product you received was not as described.

You should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:

Items that show signs of use, Damage, or alteration.

Products bought on sale, discount, or clearance.

Custom or personalized items.

🔁 Exchange Option
In cases of  defective pieces  we offer an exchange instead of a refund. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

💸 Refund Process
Request Initiation: Contact us at support@hayatraga.com or call +91-9411081829 within 7 days of receiving your item.

Verification: We may request photos or videos of the defective item.

Approval & Return: If approved, you’ll be asked to ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

📦 Return Shipping
If the refund is due to our error (of defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account or payment method.

Then contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
